Mismatch of patch version information

Just got this in-game email, saying the game is patch 3.1.1

But Battlenet still thinks it’s 3.1.0

I closed DI, closed and re-launched Battlenet. It still says 3.1.0

Game client app version is 3.1.0
Content Patch version is 3.1.1 (Uber small text in top left corner of login screen)

They aren’t the same, nor updated is lock step. Many people confuse this fact
