Mad King Phantom weapon Skin for Blood Knight was a nice Trident. After update is just poor Lance. Pls fix it or money back pls

Yeah … its kinda bad to buy legend. costume and ur weapon to be deleted … fix the skin or just replace the leg.costume with another one … i bought this costume for Blood knight … pls fix it

yes it is not acceptable to spend 150 euros for a leather package and then find yourself without the leather of the weapon for the BK class! I hope it’s only temporary or I will request a refund.

To get all the prizes in the Phantom Market, I spun the Phantom Market wheel 10 times and won all the prizes as Blood Knight. But i couldn’t equip and see Mad King’s Regalia Weapon as Blood Knight. If there will be no update on this issue and the Mad King’s Regalia Weapon cannot be used for the Blood Knight class, I would like the Phantom Market products to be deleted from my character and the money I spent to be refunded.

Any update on this? To allow players to spend the amount of money they did on this cosmetic and not even make a statement acknowledging that you are aware of the problem is unacceptable. You owe us an explanation, a time frame in which it will be corrected, and some sort of compensation (as little as that may be).

I will say that I think that blizzard intends on fixing this. If you look further into the situation and check the phantom market and look at the cosmetic. Clips the information button in the corner of the cosmetic and you will see it is not even listed as available for blood knight anymore. It is supposed to be. It is also still in your inventory on all other classes. It seems to only be a bug with blood knight. It still shows in your inventory on blood knight also if you click on “view unavailable cosmetics for current class”. As I said I believe this will be fixed. But it is a relatively new bug so you just need to have patience and let them fix it.
