What does it mean when legendary item has purple frame and how to get it? :thinking:

Actually, a couple of months ago it became possible to purchase Echoing Dawns from the Blacksmith Materials NPC for 10,000 plat each, not just for orbs (which come from real money).

Also isn’t the first Echo still free? After that it’s the 10k plat.
