Hi, I have recently spent 50 legendary crests and not 1 rank 5 gem has dropped. This seems to be happening alot with many of my friends. Drops are not as frequent as should be. Im spending Canadian dollars which is pretty expensive. (No discredit to my american friends) I did not receive a pity drop! Please fix…makes me want to leave the game…

Asking for a friend: when you say 50 Legendary Crests, are you counting Red and Purple together? Or separated?
The pity counter is separate for them.
Are you absolutely certain? I’ve seen previous posts that miss identified a 5* as a 2*
It seems devs made it highly least probable to get 5* whether from red or purple. Well, it’s a pity for purples because those are bought by plats or orbs. In recent run with mirror event, best is at least 2 pieces of 2* gems.
Pity drop of quality 2 5* would have been okay, but none.
The chances are very bad it makes no sense to spend real money and getting nothing in returns the game need to be less greedy and let people have fun since we spending money i have spent over 12k dollars on elder rift only got 1 time 5/5 legendary gem there should be a guarantee drop of 5/5 gem after certain time and not 100k try because we are not doing this stop being greedy blizzard
