Im really quite a fan of your game, I play it since launch day.
With joy I cut throught hordes of demons , clear raid bosses , dungeons and try my skills in pvp fights.
There is alot of fun in making your character stronger and stronger .
Improving your warrior and getting more powerful is basicly the main aim of this game . Its good that you let us improve in many ways .
But there is one way that makes me really furious and mad …
Buying legendary crests is the most expensive way of getting your character better , and in my case its also frustrating and painful way …
Every time I buy crests in huge numbers like 80-100 and run rifts Its like RNG Gods are always against me … its happening almost every time .
How it can be that from 90 crests like I bought tonight I got only 3 legendary gems … that makes odds of getting it under 3% … every time I buy them im frustrated and sad that I spend THOUSANDS of € and dont get any value from it … its always this way , and this makes spending money on that game pointless , if for one small upgrade of 7 resonance I need to pay 150-200$ . Its hard for me to even get close to 5k ressonance, which is now my goal . For over one year I bought few thousands of crests , yet I had never seen 5/5 gem.
Come on … how is it even possible ??! Am I that much unlucky ?? It really feels like this game is bugged or blocks gems from dropping …
Please , think with your team about that aspect of game … i dont know … make some guarantee gems for unlucky people like me or think about some other way to help your big supporters that are getting assed kicked by luck . Spending thousands of € and getting nothing out of it is just sad and unfair …
I know its random stuff based on math and probability and its up to RNG Gods to decide when to drop or not … but this is just sad .

There already are guarantees, as detailed in-game…
For every 50 legendary crests used, you are guaranteed a bound 5-star gem.
For every 50 eternal legendary crests used, you are guaranteed an unbound 5-star gem.
The counters for the two crest types are separate, i.e. if you used 30 eternal legendary crest and 20 legendary crests, you wouldn’t hit either of these guarantee counters, even though you’d used a total of 50 crests.
You literally just described their entire business model. If you do not buy crests, they do not exist. They’re counting on you, buy more crests.
You’re gonna be buying a lot. Like over 10,000 usd
And it’s clearly a model that works with some people…
The most worrying part is…
This sounds exactly like a gambler feeling remorse at having placed bets that resulted in losses. Quite simply, the crests / legendary gem system is a lottery / gambling system, where only the house wins, and almost no-one gets a jackpot.
its honestly sad that people actually pay thousands of dollars for pixels. i am all about leisurely activities, but thousands of dollars? on a video game? one needs to take a hard 180 and really reflect on what actually makes them happy in life. if anything is certain, pixels are not it.
additionally, its bad for gaming as a whole. enabling these gaming companies’ insane profiteering is toxic for gaming.
It is not you to judge how people spend their money.
