You put unity in the item name.
Description says “you and your allies”.

Actual use only applies the effect to yourself or another player if you get lucky with targeting.

Please fix how it applies to the party or change the name of the item and it’s description.

Lately there has been more and more imbalance in the game by class. I play as a monk, it has become the worst class in pvp, I hope you will reconsider this.
