There is no communication from Blizzard/NetEase, neither about issues that players have nor about their plans (consider how shrouded in mystery is the new runes system; we are not even allowed to know what materials are necessary for synthesis). There is no camp fire chat, no community manager. Patch notes are modified at will with no explanation, translation of Chinese patch notes and descriptions of item or functionalities is poor. Players complain and are never acknowledged. What is the point of a community where there is absolutely no interest in hearing what it has to say? Even D4 team has done better.

if the question asked in forum is about game knowledge there are many active members here providing usefull answers . be it about Builds .tips & tricks etc .But ,when it’s about techincal problemes & bugs members have limited acess &
Grasp about the subject ,that’s where Devs should shine . Some games have ticket system were if u send a detailed ticket and explain your problem .you’re almost guaranteed to get dev assisstance and you get your account / character problem checked .i tried it here & got a reply none related to my problem & got sent back via a link to talk to a bot .
The bug section is definitely useful.
Well, kind of. It’s useful for reporting bugs, for sure. The issue is that they don’t fix them. As an example, some of the bug reports I’ve filed remain unfixed over a year after I first reported them.
It’s not a issue, it’s a function working as expected; this is why it’s not “fixed”.
