If you mail a compensation then do it for every player and not just a selected few on random

Whats wrong with you ? Can’t even distribute a compensation properly ? I haven’t gotten mine while others did despite facing the same problems. Just do your job properly or don’t do it at all. Whats with this discrimination lately ?

Also even some people who weren’t even affected got the mail with the free crests. This should be eye opening even for someone like you. This kind of discrimination should not be happening by a multi billion dollar company like blizzard after going through a previous lawsuit. Haven’t you guys learnt nothing ?

This compensation went out to players affected by the issues that occurred between 6:30 AM PT on Friday, Nov 1st, when the content push that caused these problems was deployed, and 7:40 AM PT when we were able to push the fix for those issues.

The issues in question were the Camera Disconnecting from the player, and the cooldown timers not appearing.

We are continuing to look into some other issues that have been flagged to us as well, and if compensation is needed for those issues we will look into them.

If you played during that 70 minute window and did not receive Comensation, please let me know and I will have the team investigate, but we will not be looking into these reports on a case by case basis, and will investigate as a part of a larger investigation.

The game was literally unplayable for the whole day and most of us who were affected didn’t get any kind of compensation for it while you gave it to people who weren’t affected. Not cool and very unprofessional on your part.

Whilst I was playing the game during the 70 minute window you mentioned, I was not affected by the camera or cooldown timer issues but I did receive the compensation mail.

I did receive the compensation email despite not being affected.
Other players have not received the compensation email despite being affected.

Rather than spend time / resources on working out from the players who haven’t received this email yet, as to who should / shouldn’t be getting the email, wouldn’t it just be better to send it to anyone that hasn’t had it yet?

I support this. Trying to figure exactly who got affected and who didn’t is just unnecessary waste of time and effort. Just compensate everyone, this issue is big enough to justify that.

Those issues are not the ones that we were trying address with this Compensation. As mentioned before, there are other issues that are still under investigation and if there is a need for compensation for those, we will do those separately.
