This bug appeared again after the last new patch!
But now the problem is with the Ultimate (Volley) ability. (later it was with the main attacks and it was fixed).
It works correctly - if you are using Vengeance (+Aberration from [Hate Sheath]) first of using Ultimate (Volley) ability.
But if you are using Ultimate (Volley) first and then use Vengeance - the attack speed increase (+40%) occurs after 3-4 seconds of using Vengeance and ends 3-4 seconds later, of its duration is over.
Just like it was last time with the main attacks!
