I’ve tested the harbinger paragon set and observed that the savage & fatal urge skills don’t activate. Has anyone else observed this? If so, any idea on when it gets fixed?
how are you testing if this is or is not working? As I see you also posted bug report for another similar gem not working.
I believe they work, but annoyingly don’t update the character screen like most other buffs. I’d do way less dps if they were not functioning.
