Since for some reason I can’t report on blizzards site via a ticket and it wasn’t possible to alt+click the cheaters in the event due to the hacks they’re using, I guess I’ll report here and hope they do something? They need to fix their ticket system, as it’s allowing hackers to get away with it atm.
Anyways the cheat they’re using makes it so you can barely move if it all. Sometimes it makes you just spin in circles.
Since I can’t attach images here, their names blizzard are **** and ****… * apparently I cant post their names so they will just get away with it… such a bad report system blizz has.

I’m going to hazard a guess that you were facing Necromancers on the enemy team. One of their helm / essences means that Corpse Lance slows their target and after hitting them a number of times, roots their target in place and also prevents the target from escaping using Dash type skills.
You can, however, create non-clickable links to them, as explained here…
Their names should not be part of your post as “naming and shaming” other players by publicly accusing them of wrongdoing breaches the forum’s Code of Conduct regarding defamation…

You should edit your post to remove their names (click the blue pencil icon under your post to enter Edit mode) as you’re more likely to get a forum infraction by naming them than they are to get action taken against them.
You often ‘assume’ many things Metro - alley of blood - both bots and ‘normalized’ gear is so unbalanced as to be an absolute joke. ‘Immobilize’ from a necro helm has an animation at the feet and does not allow you to move at all. ‘Barely move’ is not immobilize
Whilst the OP has assumed the guilt of the named / accused players, I have not. Instead I have provided a potential explanation which is as a result of a class item / essence which results in just the symptoms described by the OP.

No it was legit hackers… they froze us at our spawn. Sometimes we could move extremely slow, other times not at all, and sometimes our characters just spun in circles. They were on other side of map… no skills were used against us… again at spawn. Okay I will remove their names but how else do I report since they are from other servers and I cannot report in game and Blizzards ticket system doesn’t allow reports… the whole system is set up to allow hackers to thrive the way they have it atm.
Couldn’t agree more. These PvP events would be much better served to include stances with 2 additional essences since that’s what the game is balanced around.
