Game's mail and I can't pick it up

An email is stuck in the game’s mail and I can’t pick it up because of the duplicate item

Already reported, four days ago…

The reborn band of the hawk banner - duplicates - cant delete

The new Struggler’s Path event started today. Somehow so far its given me 3 “The reborn band of the hawk banner”. Since you cant hold more than one of them 2 of them went into mail. There dont seem to be a way to delete these 2 mails (and I need all the mail slots I can get). So please remove the duplicates or make it possible to delete them. Device Type: PC Device Operating System: Win11
