Hi everone.
would like to report a bug about the free new 5* gem than you have to get in the battlenet shop (1 per account). I can’t find it anywhere in the shop and the worth, if you click on the free green item (1 per account too), it will count like you ve got the free 5* gem. So now i don’t have the 3rd anniversary gift (free 5* gem) offered by Blizzard.
Did you have the same issue ?

I’d like to report that you didn’t read the patch notes.
The free gem will be available to claim in roughly 7.5 hours from the time of this post.
I had a same problem. So i have written on Bugreport about it
There is no problem.
The gem doesn’t become available to be claimed until 08:00 PDT.
It’s currently 04:15 PDT, i.e. it’s 3 hours 45 minutes until you can claim it.
Not being able to claim something before it’s supposed to be claimable is not a bug.
Looking at when they said it would become available, and looking at the time in my country and doing a PDT conversion…
THERE IS NO BUG (yet).
In approximately two hours and seven minutes from this post, it will be available. If it is not after that, then yes, it has been neglected.
