Hi,
I completed the fractured plane in 21 minutes with no resurrections. Why can’t I claim the additional prizes for it?
Do I need to do it with exactly that many resurrections in order to get the gifts? Or do I have to do the plane 2 or 3 times to claim? Not sure why I can’t collect anything more than the standard legendaries offered for completing it no matter what time it is done in.
Maybe I missed something?

I think you need to do it twice.
Did doing it again get you the event rewards? Don’t wanna bang it out again right now if I don’t need to. I did it in about 20 mins though and wasn’t able to claim the legendary/set items in the event rewards.
Fractured Planes - No rewards from first run
This is the expected behaviour, i.e. how it is supposed to work.
This is explained in-game, although you do have to search hard for it…
If you want the better rewards, they come from your 2nd (or subsequent) runs through it.
This is exactly how this event has functioned every single time it has been available.
Not getting the rewards from your first run through is not a bug.
Please note, the screenshots in this post are from a previous time the event ran so dates are different to the current even. This used to come all the time (pretty much every single time the event ran) on the old Bug Report forums.
