Is Incandescence considered a dash skill or not ?
There are a few skills/paragon that prevent players to dash after hit. I had a few time the case that I was not able to use Falling Sword/Incandescence… skill is visible (not greyed out) but nothing happens.
If that is the case, would it be possible to enable dash buffs with it ?
If that is not the case, could you fix the wrong interaction with dash lock skills ?
Right now, Incandescence is not usable in some cases (with no indication on the profile like the rooted logo) and essence does not proc dash buffs (e.g. gloomguide or last paragon bonus).
