Hello. Unfortunately, I don’t feel it, I don’t notice it in the game that it would work in Evasiont rating.Battlegrund mode! I loaded terror rift Inner Sanctuari gear on 4/4. plus I use the shoulder which gives evasion rating. But it doesn’t look like anything. Please check it out.
