The Shadow Sight essence (movement speed) should be moved from Shoulders to Pants — DH shouldn’t have to sacrifice damage for speed.
DH already struggles to keep up with every other class, in any content (Dungeons, Raids, Verge). Since the popular Spinning Charm essence was removed from Pants, moving Shadow Sight there would be a fitting fix.
