Try find a server i can transfer my Character too, that speak English. I tried two server so far, only German. Im from Europe, so prefer a European server. Any suggestion please.?Contacted support, no help there.
Try making different characters (which you intended to get rid of) join different servers to see what the WC looks like. If you don’t like the result’s you wasted nothing except some time. If you find a server you like THEN swap your main

Yeah “transferring Locale” changing regions is no longer possible. It was WAY BACK when the game launched.
People do move internationally would be nice for some of you.
