Does Random Dungeon Finder Feature comes with pity system?

Players now have a one button click way to jump into a random Dungeon’s depths.

While searching for a random Dungeon, players may be grouped with another team at any time, which reduces the overall time spent matchmaking. Players who enter a Dungeon using this feature will have an increased chance to receive a Set item as a reward.

I mean…running a boosted dungeon will guarantee a pity set item drop at a certain point. Does this apply to Random Dungeon Finder?

I mean, what if someone uses this feature 20 times and gets zero set items? Isn’t this going to make running a boosted dungeon a better option if a random dungeon finder doesn’t have a pity system? :thinking:

So, we’ve heard this multiple times over multiple patches, but yet I can run Kikurias Rapids (boosted last week) solo 25 times, and receive 1 set item. What exactly is increased chance or boosted actually mean?

Yes, a pity system of 1 out of 5 dungeons ran would result in a set item would be nice, or hell, even a wisp.

It would also be nice to have the ability to trade items, while still in the dungeon with another player in party. Example, I am looking for rings out of KR, but I get everything but them to drop. Another player in the party is looking for a necklace. We each get each others desired drops. Initiate a trade system for unidentified set items in the dungeon to swap their ring for my necklace.

Turned out my fear was unfounded.

Apparently, the pity system for random dungeon finder is 7.

Also, the random dungeon finder feature is amazing. Simple and fast.

I ran seven random, watched it count up to seven, and didn’t receive item.

think the codex daily 3/3 may interfere or reset the “7”.
