Did not get murloc skin when make first 2 draws

I purchased some orbs, then made 2 draws for murloc skin. I didn’t get on either draw.

Device: mobile

Device model: Motorola Edge+

Device OS: Android

Did you tap/click the murloc on the event window? It’s not auto sent to you

Yes I did click on event. I spent 320 orbs and did not get the murloc it says with the first draw.

You can receive it by clicking on the Murloc picture to the left of ‘The Murloc Transmogrification…’ at the top of the event page.
