People have already capped secondary gems, if by cheating or paying for it. No we are punished by caps on gems. Fix this by eliminating secondary gem cap. I have spent a few thousand dollars and am not even close to capping secondary gems.
With few thousand $$$ you are just a small dolphin and shouldn’t have capped gems. You need tens of thousands of $ for that so you still have a long road ahead of you.
