Decollater Essence not working in players as intended. Description says “each hit apply bleed and knocks enemy in the air”.
IT ONLY KNOCKS UP PLAYERS ON THE 3RD SLASH. For monsters, 1st, 2nd and 3rd slash knocks them up. If this is a bug or a description typo please have a HOT FIX on it.
