Before the market Crash on the German Servers, I already sold gems, that were in the “holding period” during the market crash. The sale of the gems and the resulting platinum can be seen in the sale (attached image). I can neither find the platinum deposited in my account nor is it visible in the holding period. So I am currently entitled to 137,800 platinum minus market tax. Platinum Price Converted in Euro´s is 300!!! Euro. So where is my payout??? I’ve attached a picture of the “sales” here. If this is NOT comprehensible by default via Blizzard’s system & if, for example, I set up further “gem sales” that are NOT PAID out after a possible market crash, this is a FRAUD system and would have legal consequences. After all, it can’t be the case that sold gems that are stuck in the “holding period” inserted by Blizzard are randomly paid out after a respective market crash and sometimes not!! So I expect a SOLUTION to this
