Changing the age requirement from 17+ to 21+

The game is pretty violent and some of the legendary armor names are controversial.
What do you all think?

The PEGI rating is 16+

They were originally going for a PEGI 12 rating, and it was increased.

I think if you want to police what your own teenager(s) consume as media, that’s your role as their parent. Don’t impose those views on other people and/or their teenagers. Also, putting the requirement up to 21? The legal age of majority in most Western countries is 18. At that age you can buy / drink alcohol, watch dirty movies, get married without your parents’ permission, join the military, get a tattoo, sign legally binding contracts, vote in elections, pay taxes and so on… but you think they can’t decide if they want to play a video game for another three years?
