Hello.
After changing classes, I am unable to access any of my cosmetics that came with the Battle Passes I’ve purchased.
Why aren’t the cosmetics available?

Because, for some reason, Blizzard decided that the Battle Pass cosmetics are locked to the class that unlocked them. It doesn’t make a lot of sense that they did it this way when this is a paid-for cosmetic.
