So I’m playing on windows 11
Today I got all challenge rifts locked. I have to restart from zero doing 1 by 1. Yesterday I was at 490. Help!
At 08:00 (server time) on Monday morning, a new Challenge Rift season started. That means the leaderboards were reset, but you shouldn’t have had your progress changed, i.e. whatever level of Challenge Rift you’d already cleared, you should still have showing as cleared.
Even if you did have to restart (which, as above, you shouldn’t) you don’t have to clear one by one. If you clear a low level rift quickly enough, it will unlock up to 10 more levels, so you could clear the early ones 10 by 10.
Prior to the start of the new season yesterday, the highest available Challenge Rift was 300. The new season made 301-350 available. There’s no way you were at 490.
Never paid attention at the challenge rifts numbers lol. By the way, I don’t remember what was my max number, but I confirm I still have all locked. Yesterday I tryied to unlock till level 28 (yes, doing 10 levels by 10 too), and from level 29 they are marked as done, but with a black colour. If I click the system says: do previous challenge rift to unlock. It never happened that to me before
You could ask in World Chat for someone to take you through a 2-man 300. That should unlock access to everything below that, and you can carry on upwards from there.

Strange. I just checked and I’m still at the same level I was - 246 - and I could go ahead with the next level.
ye, it seems it only happened to me lol Btw I followed meteorblade’s clue and I asked a friend to do rift 300 with me in group and I solved
