I see the manner to craft Telluric Pearls has changed.
Before this upgrade you went to Vic to craft gems from Telluric Pearls, now he sends you to do a Elder Rift and at the end of the rift there is a new character that crafts the gems but instead of crafting a gem it gives a message that you are too far from the NPC to complete this action. What gives?
