Diablo Immortal App Version: 4.0.3
In the Diablo Immortal client for Android, after completing 18 tasks in the card collection sub-quest area for the Diablo x Hearthstone crossover event, you are supposed to be awarded a Legendary Crest. However, after completing the quest and clicking on the glowing reward icon (prompted by the red bullet)— nothing happens. I double checked to see if I missed something but I havent. I’ve completed all the tasks for the week, collected all 18 cards, and met all the requirements to make the game highlight the reward for me, but the crest just continues to blink/ flash as if I haven’t clicked to accept it.
relog seems to be working
That’s the first thing i tried. Even signed out of my account. I dont keep DI open perpetually and relaunch multiple times daily. Either way, nothing has worked. I got the emote and the Telluric Pearl, only thing left is the crest but it wont let me collect it. All thr quests for Week 8/6 are complete. Nothing to do but collect an uncollectible reward.
Check you have 18 too lol mine looks complete at 17/18
Yeah, i have all 18 cards, as stated in the OP. It just wont give me the crest. At this point I’m hoping it gets mailed to me after the event is over.

I’m having this same issue, tried on both PC and iPhone but not able to claim the crest on both. Tried repairing the game, relogging, and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work.
EDIT: Todays update on 8/13 has fixed the issue
Just an update: The latest patch has resolved this issue for me.
