i googled it with various ways of asking this question and none of the sites i checked even mention tempest class, can someone help me by replying to this message and let me know whether strength, intelligence, or willpower boosts tempest damage?
simple answer that will make you kick yourself lol… click the stats. They all will tell you what they do and some even state a +/- for the difficulty you are in.
