In my necromancer build I use a skill called Grim Scythe and it has around 2-3 sec cooldown. I’m wondering whether I can reduce the cooldown completely or at least a little by using any specific legendary gem or not?
I’ve seen a video where Blessed Pebble 1 star gem was recommended for this purpose but I’ve also read some bad reviews about this gem on reddit.
What do you guys think?
My Grim Scythe is already very powerful because I’m using some essences and bonus attributes but it would be great to make it even stronger with shorther cooldowns.
you would have to consider what you would loose replacing a gem to your overall dmg
I was thinking and you’re right. Better to keep a gem with actual damage than reducing the cooldown. Thanks!
BOTTEL HOPE have CD at rank 3 you will get 1,5 sec CD level from 1-3 cost 125 gempower and 2 dupps dont know if this what you seek
blessed pebbbel you get 5% bennefical at rank 1
and it is pretty easy/cheep to level up fx to rank 5 wher it will be 6% BF and you get 4%movementspeed alsoo and that will cost you rank 1-5 31 gempower and 1 dupps

No, it does not. The CDR granted is 1.5%, not 1.5 seconds.

Increasing the duration of a skill and reducing its cooldown is a way to make you stronger. It is also good for control-convenience. In most cases, you can reduce the cooldown of a skill by 30% with cooldown reduction magic affixes of the neck, hands, and two fingers set items, awakening effects and etc(bottled hope and runes as well). 30% is the limit of skill cooldown reduction.
