The horse dash skill should recharge in 0.75 seconds, but from today it doesn’t after a monster is hit. If no monster or only boss is hit, then it still recharges.
Its a new item “reduce cooldown 0.2s after monster is killed” thats the problem. Remove it and dash skill works
Some Legendary gear have the feature “Dash Skill cooldowns reduced by 0.02 seconds when defeating a monster (0/4)” and cause this problem. Now with the release of Tier 3 runes today (7/8/2024) the ATI gold rune has this same feature. Bygone Eidolon is officially broken if you wish to advance. After an enemy is hit with this feature active, the cooldown resets the additional charges to 0.
