Blizzard please fix mothers lament not being extended by vithus urge while roiling consequences is

After more than a year the problem still persists with mothers lament buff duration not being extended by the 2 piece effect of vithus urge which clearly states its 30% duration increase for benefical effects while working as intended for roiling consequences. This is a whole 2 second duration missing from mothers lament due to this bug.

Please fix it.

The game is very selective as to what is a buff and what isn’t for the purpose of Vithu’s Urges. A lot of very similar skills behave differently with it. It sucks there is no consistency, especially with Mother’s Lament and Roiling gems.
