Your word-blocking algorithm isn’t working correctly. If a banned word is part of another word, it doesn’t allow it to be sent. Adults also play this game. An option to enable or disable banned words for sending and receiving should be added.

Unfortunately, that is not a possibility. It is our duty and responsibility to try and keep the chat as free of profanity and abuse as possible. There will always be people that find their ways around it, and we will then evolve our methods of detection and punishment.
However, if there are words that are being blocked out that you believe are integral to the DI community, let us know and we can look into whitelisting them.
Um, packing is not allowed, as well as several other vanilla words. God I miss D3 chat systems, officer chat in clans, chat group creation availability, etc.
Since it was released and still unfixed… the second newest shoulder ess for Blood Knight… has the word Cocoon in the name of the essence and therefore cant be linked… why has it not been addressed. Make item or location links read only and removed from language filter. It’s honestly a joke that an in game item is too obscene for its own game.
