I went to go into the rift, instead of going into the rift it sent me to wortham and the legendary crests were gone. Not in mail, I didnt get to run the rift.
It can take quite a while for the crests to arrive via in-game email, but they will arrive.
I suppose it got resolved. I ran the rift again after, and then the 10 crests showed up in mail.
