That is the “D4 Base Game” as it says in the description. With Betas they often put everyone in it into a special Beta license group that grants forum access. So those folks would have been able to post the first Beta weekend.
Guess I had better get started autoscrolling on the forums, then.
Yeah, I have no idea what they are going to set the TL3 threshold at. D3 is a lot lower because it has lower traffic - although the base number of active days remains the same. The read part can be adjusted.
Didn’t recieve any mail either
i’ve got mailed 2 days ago
I got the same email as you and I’ve 2 characters hitting level 25 by the end of beta so don’t worry, you’re not alone and we’ll start banging tables if we don’t get our Wolf Pup on release day!
I only received confirmation about my purchase. Not a single email after the beta ended. Checked spam or if some strange options were on. Nothing.
I did get the acchievements. I checked. Had 2 level 25 and 1 level 20 character in the beta.
My email might have been for my playtime during the closed beta, so if you only played the Open Beta, then your email might come at a later date.
Hi! Just confirming here that I only got the “thank you for participating” email - no mention of the pet even though I had a character at lvl 25 and another at 23 with the campaign completed for both. I have pre-ordered the game.
My assumption would be that the disparity we are seeing stems from something having gone wrong with how the automated messages were created…
What I want to know is if upgrading to deluxe (or ult) version 3 weeks after release is still getting me the exact same stuff (for all other games) - only missing the 4 days early access ofc.
Or is there some stuff you can never get again unless it’s pre-order.
I’d think it’s like any preorder purchase, you’d have access to whatever was offered until they remove the package itself. Unless there’s some fine print somewhere that states “must order by x date”. But I haven’t seen that.
Got an answer to my ticket.
Short and quick:
Thats just standard mails, we dont have to worry.
Got confirmation that i’ll get my rewards even without that specific mail which seems to only aim to tempt people to preorder the game.
Excellent answer! I thought that was what was going on. That the wolf pup mention was just for those of us who had not pre-ordered yet as part of the marketing. That was the only difference I was seeing between the two groups.
I didn’t receive any email but nice confirmation that we’ll still get rewards.
I guess Blizzard knows I’ll purchase the game anyway before release
Well i got all 3 classes to 25 in early access and 3 more in closed beta… never got a email…hmmm
I did not receive the wolf pack even i hit 25 for 2 characters.
I don’t think anyone that had preordered the game got the mail, it was more meant to lure people into preorder
It will be there on launch.
Everyone should double check their Battlenet Account if they wish to receive the confirmation email and the stats email.
Make sure to have “News and Special Offers from Battlenet” enabled.
This has been a public service announcement.
