Same here in germany. got the “Thank you for playing” mail, but with no sentense they are mentoining that they confirm i’ve reached level 20 and got the wolf puppy and player title.
A friend of mine got an totally other mail, where they confirm and gratulate you for reaching level 20 and getting the wolf puppy and player title.
Opened an ticket for that.
No email here and i had 3 level 25 and pre ordered
From what I’ve gathered, anyone who has already purchased the game likely got a different version of the email they sent out, ours was missing the “earned rewards” piece. But I’m sure it’s a non-issue and any earned rewards will be available to us all.
I only played in open beta and I received mine days ago. I was on vacation during the first beta weekend unfortunately or I would have played it too. It was mostly a “Thank you for playing in the beta, Preorder the game now” type of email even though I had preordered it long ago. It did have a picture of the backpack with wolf skin on it and said I earned it though.

If you played in beta when you hit 20, you should have gotten an achievement. I would assume this is tied to your Bnet so I wouldnt worry yet.
Is that a presumption on your part? Did you get an achievement when you hit level 20?
I reached level 25 on 2 classes (1 in the closed beta, and 1 in the open beta) and did not get an achievement.
yes, I got an achievement for hitting 20 during the early access beta.

There was no pop up alerts when hitting it I don’t believe, but if I recall correctly is showed under feats of strength.
played both betas, multiple 25s. had achievement, no email. Didn’t expect one tbh.
I did not check under achievements.
I got an email saying: “You Slayed the Diablo IV Open Beta, VitaKaninen!”

Sounds like I got the same email you did, assuming you also pre-ordered the game? Anyone who didn’t it sounds like they had a different email that included a section that they earned the rewards and to preorder. Ours didn’t have that since we already purchased the game, but the reward should still be there on release.

There was an in-game text announcement when a person hits level 20 that let them know they earned it. However, it was not something that flashed with bells and whistles so it is entirely easy to miss.
The email I got did tell me about my rewards BUT it was in the end section telling me to buy the game. I have not pre-purchased yet.
From what I can see on the forums there are a few things going on:
- People who have promotional emails from Blizzard turned off would not get it. That setting is in Account Management here on the website.
- Some people have promotions and spam filters that ate emails. Check there.
- Some got the Thank You email for participating in the Beta. No mention of the rewards.
- Some got the Thank You email and at the end it had an advertisement for the Pre-purchase and reminds them they earned the wolf pup and titles. Go buy it to claim those.
They both start out the same.

Did you take the time to check your achieves in game or read about the drop from the official blizz discussions? It sounds like you did neither from what you are asking. Nothing you can do now but wait until release.

I made a post about this a while back, and it was a reading issue on my part. While I haven’t received any emails, I did unlock the beta-exclusive achievements. The kicker here is you will only receive the items when the full game launches. If you hit 20+, you get it.
Because you are not TL3. That takes something like 100 or 150 days. You are TL2 right now. The trust level starts over for each game forum we are on. I had to have my account flagged separately for D4 for the TL3 and Green. Here is your .json Scroll to the end where you have the groups.
