Wolf pup beta confirmation email not received

Am i the only one that didnt get the email? I got one but nothing says i unlocked it when i had 2 lvl 25…

What are the requirements?
I hit level 23 and beat Act 1. You need level 25?

You needed lvl 20 so you should have it too

I’m guessing it’s unlocked once the full version is unlocked.
I will be angry if I get nothing though lol.

What email?

I got a thank you email for playing the beta, but nothing about unlocking a pre-order special.

I leveled 1 character to 25 and completed the Act 1 campaign, and level up two more characters to 20.

They are sending out in batches from what I’ve seen.
I think those who got a character from the early access beta have received the email.
Those who got characters over level 20 in the recent open beta have yet to receive anything yet.

I only played open beta as I did not pre order and KFC promo is not available here too.

But in my email it did say I get the wolf pup. Too scared for the wolf’s safety to bring the wolf to battle tho…

Played both betas, multiple 25 characters, no emails.

i think the digital buyers just unlock it ingame when the release hits. KFC or other physical pre orders needed that email.

I havent got email confirmation for wolf beta, i have 2 lvl 25 characters and played since the first week and during 2nd week of open beta

I didn’t even get a thank you. I had all characters at 25

I didnt get the email but my wolf pup is alive and well in D3

i got to level 25 and beat act 1 on 3 characters , 2 of which on the first weekend, and i never received an email saying i got a wolf pup

First weekenders have pre-ordered the game. My guess is Blizz won’t send the pup email unless someone hasn’t pre-ordered on the second weekend beta. This is to entice them to pre-order.

i have pre-ordered the game, so i don’t understand why that sets me apart for receiving an email saying HEY DUDE YoU DID IT! WOLF PUP COMING

Cos we already pre-ordered the game. The email is to attract ppl to pre-order the game.
