Why does blizzard allow barbs to be immortal....stacking marital vigor

Should we cry for nerfs like they did for sorc?

OMG BLIZZ PLS NERF BARBARIAN TO SORC LEVEL.

There, done that for you.

Unfortunately need about 20 bot accounts with 2 posts each to go spam a few threads in each sub forum

Jokes aside, this is the absurdity that is happening. Devs basically said, ‘sorc aint that good tho fr’ ‘kinda mid’, and slapped the class right in the effectivity following the pit push/FS issues coming to light. Other classes → def ok to explore their performance perameters as far as the numbers take you.

Im a bit confused.

PvP should be removed from D4 in its entirety. It’s a joke & most players are playing PvE. PvE balance is a joke & needs to be fixed in future updates.

i normally post or reply but jeez!

Are u seriously?? STOP whining omg “mom my buddy is to strong and im not :(” … sorc there and sorc this?? barb is the best cuz of more weapon slots? are u kidding me? if u dont like the playstyle how blizz wants it, THEN PLAY ANOTHER GAME instead of telling us the same, over and over again…

Because PVP has been long out of the radar of balancing (they claimed that they don’t care PVP balance from day 1 of the game release), and nobody uses that to beat extraodinarily high tiers of Pit in PVE.

You can’t use harlequin’s crest on you helm slot and can’tget an optimal +lvl to Flay on your pants. You also lose a bunch of CDR or passive skill level on you amulet.

Currently to beat higher tiers you need more DPS, so such a trade-off is not acceptable.

Besides, this is not really immotal in PVE - you still take damage from non-elites

I think they want everyone to play barbarian. All the time I spent leveling 2 sorcs just to try two different builds and a different set of glyphs, I feel robbed.

its btw martial vigor and guttural yell.

if u stack guttural yell it debuffs enemies hit by over 100%, so u effectively making yourself and ur party pretty much unkillable by anything that can be debuffed.

anyone defending that isnt thinking clearly, no other class can stack dr with tempers, when the new game mode is dr is valuable, this becomes a sick joke.

and the whole thing has nothing to do with pvp or not, it works everywhere, its just more noticable in pvp, when u cant put any dmg onto the barbs using it.

Barbs are Immortal. This is known.

If it helps to share the sadge, i had just gotten all my gear mw10, first two mw crits at 4 and 8 on each piece was where i wanted it except 1 or 2, and the s5 details came out.

So many rerolls. I was stacking into BI and ES nodes as some of my primary damage multipliers, finished tweaking paragon a week ago. No flameshield abuse (i was using it yes, but around 10 sec cooldown, 4 sec duration. Burn build so low attack speed, cant really iceblade it too much lower)

Needless to say, i didnt finish mw upgrades or continue pit pushes (106 but starting hit a wall, probably would have needed another adjustment. Guess ill never know if/how that would have worked out).

Thanks blizz. Good journey.

Didnt they allude to the fact that DR was a rare, valuable perk that we would all need to search a lil harder for in the s4 preview?

All cept fir our bb class, cant have them wanting. Kinda wild, they just give the class all the essentials within ez reach.

Druids will also reach 100dr in s5 with tempering if no changes.

w/e man, it’s barb so it’s totally ok to be 100% immune.

so clearly the real solution to all this is to nerf sorcs more.

that’ll show em.

Time for a nerf. Consistency is important! Cant nerf the perma fireshield and not nerf the perma immortal barb.

But because the devs are all barb mains, this will never happen

Sorcs nerf themselves by being Sorcs. Eat some meat. Maybe a potato or 2.

I shall not, least i become the potato

I mean, considering the extra skill points and paragon points acquired through rep, we technically are about 15 levels higher. 10 direct skill points, and 20 paragon points is a big advantage over normal npc of the same level.

By your same logic, some one without these extra perks would be considered a non-elite then and have an advantage in pvp?

Logically speaking, yes… realistically, i doubt they made the distinction

This all reads like; Non Native Barbarians Cosplaying as Barbarians now realize why they must destroy the Barbarian. This is our world history.

so you stay around checking vigor levels from hundreds of barb just to get mad? good time invest my dood. keep on going!
