Why can't I play?

I have ultimate edition, I am now trying to uninstall the game and see if that works.

Check for an update in the launcher.

No it just says installed

Click the cogwheel and select check for update.

If it doesn’t find one and still says installed, then you probably don’t have the ultimate edition. Check that you purchased it.

Sorry for the suggestions but start at the basics.

exit launcher fully , then restart it.

I definitely have the ultimate edition mate

I’d give a try to all the basic stuff first

Scan and repair, restart battlenet, log out/in battlenet, restart your PC, try running the .exe directly

The point is, I shouldn’t be dealing with this crap. It’s Blizzards fault.
