i grab 3 legendary nodes on my incinerate sorc. very nice dmg and survivability. really good in pvp too
It is for exactly this reason that none of my builds include mythics.
How did you come to the conclusion that Legendary nodes are pointless? For me, the biggest challenge in developing a deeper understanding of the game is the lack of a proper feedback loop on console. Besides the “feel” you get from playing your build, I’m struggling to access meaningful feedback to really understand build synergies.
He brings up a valid point, and you smack talk him? I agree with everything he said. Most of us don’t have 23 hours a day to play video games. I’m sure you aren’t Raxx either. RNG in this game sucks a$$.

Glyphs scale better and offer more. Read the other posts above - they’re advocating the same.
I’d much rather have 6-7 Glyphs and 1-2 Legendary Nodes than 3-4 Glyphs and 3-4 Legendary Nodes.
Getting both a Glyph and a Legendary Node will usually cost 20-30 Paragon in travel cost alone.

Amen my friend. Super convoluted, and confusing as to when and where you will ever find those shards 4/4 to create a mythic unique, or to get one to drop. The tormented versions of Andariel and Duriel are almost impossible to defeat, and when you do, the drops are garbage. I want to love this game, but they keep kicking us in balls.

I salvaged many mythics. I do not have a need to keep 5 shakos and 7 tyreals.

ITs not 7.5%. That was bad math by Bliz. Somebody figured it out and its more like 7.2%. You cant just add up the 1.5% 5 times and make that the chance. Math doesnt work like that. Just like if chance was 20% to get mythic and you got 5 drops you would not always have mythic here even though you hit 100% adding them up.
You can make a small case to have 2 tyraels. One with damage resist / max resist and one with 3 on movement for zoom zoom helltide chest.
80 tormented runs 2 mythic for the entire party? Doesnt sound legit. More like normal lvl 100 duriel drops

If you got two drops, you should be able to salvage them, take the spark from your first kill, and then take the spark for finishing the season and you can craft whatever mythic you want.
Smach talk? Read his post. He wants to be rewarded for his effort. Be it 5 minutes of playing or 5 hours of grinding. It doesn’t matter how long he plays, he just wants gratification everytime he puts in the effort. Ask yourself this honestly, “Is Diablo 4 programmed by the developers to satisfy the player every time the player put in time and effort?”

I’m just using the number they gave, I’m not the one that came up with it.
If I was stupid enough to think that a 20% rate meant you get 1 every 5 then I would be saying “game is bugged, ive done over 75 kills and not got one!” Instead of that I’m well below the rate. Weather that be 7.5 or 7.2.
There is this weird community of people that gets such a kick out of finding any possible opportunity to tell people “math doesn’t work like that.” Even when I didn’t imply in any way at all that it does.

As i dont get uber drops from doing my peasantly tormented solo runs i create one character after another to farm renown and get 4/4 sparks to upgrade a single peace of my my gear.
My mental health and overall fitness is going down the drain. After a few hours my eyes are closing and i fall asleep… i just want to have some fun with cool items… when im done with getting 4/4 i dont even feel happy exchanging sparks into the mythic item.
Im slowly turning into a zombie. Soon i will eat your brains.
Season 50 patch notes:
Portals to the nine realms will now also contain Mythic Goblins.
Paladins that choose the Subclass Highlander will now have There Can Be Only 1 immortality buff work correctly.
Tormented Andariel hordes that spawn in Dreadtides will correctly be level 300.
Mythic items can now be equipped on more than 1 of your characters at once if it has been made into an heirloom. Heirlooms are equippable at level 1.
Tier 20 hordes will now always contain at least 1 Diablo Boss at level 500.
The Boss Materials Auction House had fees on boss mats lowered 20%.
Sorcerers can no longer morph into Wizards and stay at Level 150.
You can now play as and level a treasure goblin as your hero. This hero makes gobs you find on your other characters better. Level the goblin by escaping from players with chosen gob skills and gears. Get gears by picking up items players drop. It then morphs into a random gob item.
