I cannot Whisper anyone NOT already on my Friend list. Once they are Friended, no problem. But if I’d like to Whisper someone in the Trade channel, for example, I cannot unless I invite them to be a Friend first. 1) This is awkward. 2) Most times, players will ignore Friend requests from random people. This is really affecting my game experience. Please help.

Thank you for responding! All my settings in privacy are enabled and I am public. Not sure if I accidentally went private and now the settings won’t reset??

To the guy who can’t whisper. Are you playing with xbox gamepass? Coz i do and i have the same problem.
