One of Blizzard’s dev said yesterday on twitter that you need lvl 85 monsters, the item needs to be ilvl820 (which is extremely rare) and two others conditions that I don’t recall from the top of my head
Which is the same loot as other NM dungeons.
Was the blood of the willing one of them? Do we need to visit Symon’s corpse every time we want one?
You do realize all ARPGs have an end to the gear treadmill, right. All of them.
thats ne neat part. it doesnt.
you run NM dungeons for EXP and Sigil upgrades
Itemisation is fundamentally broken, sorry to say. Chasing higher affix rolls from lvl 1 to 100 is straight up D3 garbage again.
D2 didn’t do this, there were different kinds of affixes sought after by different builds, and some that fundamentally alternated or defined a build. This is not the same thing.
If I recall it had something to do with baby blood and the 29 of february …
I think we all do. I believe they were implying it’s practically non-existent. Loot progression seems to be in chunks of 10-20 levels.
Same gear for 20 levels? Are you stuck in WT3? Are you upgrading rares? No chance you should be stuck in the same gear unless you somehow got all 800 item power gear at level 56.
I believe if I remember correctly it was killing level 85+ mobs. There wasn’t a requirement for the character level. Though the super unique items are extremely rare though.
The super uniques are not reasonable chase items to go after. The loot in this game is complete trash. Continue to preach wait for Season 1 in the echo chamber.
When MS buys Blizz. .
Define better. You mean perfect rolls and the right stats? Well you have to farm until they drop.
The game gives you too good gear too fast. You will reach a plateau of what the gear is capable of way too early.
This is why you are feeling like your items are stagnating pretty fast. Getting items with like 90% of the available power when you are lvl 70 will leave you with a very unsatisfying grind to 100, where you are chasing the same items you got with the same stats just with slightly better rolls.
As I understand it, average item power increases the higher the NM dungeon. I think I’ve been getting many more of those from roughly 59+ and I hear 70+ is where things get insane and require much better defenses and meta stats/builds.
You can get those unique at lower levels, the mobs just have to be 85, not you.
Yup mybad, I read it wrong, still wondering what’s the minimal level tho.
It would be weird to PL someone and the guy lvl 30 something get it
I mean… get a unique drop
level 78, had 3 uniques drop around 55 and that’s it.
Any of the build defining druid uniques would be nice so i’m not stuck with pulverise.
