Definitely far too rare if those are the only conditions. Rarer than the rarest items in PoE and D2, and items are super rare in those games to balance around trading.

So means that even a lvl 1 could find them at 85+ enemies? Good! I had the fear that the character needs a specific level to find them

My problem with 80+ is that it feels very lacking. That last 15-20 levels feels more like a slog than anything really. If you’ve done sigils then you’ve probably maxed all your glyphs by the time you hit 80. Hopefully a new torment tier will make the transition feel more smooth. If you can get to level 100 in a few days, good for you! I don’t get the feeling this is the norm though.
This is why I dislike putting certain items at such a high level to begin with, especially if they are build defining items.

Because Blues (blizz employees) don’t interact with the forums. Been that way for years. Twit is where people have gone to for years for information. If you don’t use the site (I don’t), then you miss out on some info. That’s the tradeoff.

Seems a bit dumb how these items are level gated, like I get these are really good unique items but they should still drop at lower levels with lower stat rolls imo.
And yeah I would also agree that the drop rates does need a lil buff.
it is honestly insane how some haven’t dropped even for the decent amount of people playing at lv 85. i would like to know what the chance in…must be 1 in like 50,000 even after a unique is rolled from the loot
Ya I think it needs a slight buff. Spent over 80 hours now farming at level 100. Not one.
At least you’ll usually get people linking to the info before too long

And? It took me 11 years to find it. It would take approximately 5,000 years to find any of these items based upon what we know. These drop rates are in an entirely different universe than Tyreals Might. This is just downright horrible design and a clear signal to all of their players to quit this game right now. These guys don’t know what they are doing and this game has zero hope with them running it. Zero.

Well that escalated quickly.
Can’t get one particular item to drop? Entire game from start to finish is formally ruined. Gee Gee No Re.
I mean, it’s not like humans can’t even prove we’re alive or anything. Not like we struggle to define what “life” actually IS. Nah mang, if Shako doesn’t drop after 500 hours that’s just peak existential quagmire right there.
It’s a game, and 99% of us aren’t getting paid to play it. Even if we were, unless our Twitch stream was centered around “I will only stop playing once I find Shako” it really doesn’t matter. None of this matters.
