…when at the end of the day you 1-tap all of them anyway? (As people already do on PTR).
I mean you could practicaly replace all bosses in the game with 1-bit placeholder and it wouldn’t make any difference…as sad as that may sound, but that’s the current state in D4. ^^
I feel really bad for all those devs who’ve spent weeks and months to create boss designs, boss mechanics, all the beautiful animations, etc…probably even an easteregg here and there as a loveletter to us old Diablo fans.
But all of that doesn’t matter at the end of the day because D4 is a game where you 1-tap all bosses with 10948518275981275981754187541807 damage on avarage.

Suggestion 1: Bring down all the numbers to a reasonable amount pls where it’s not possible to 1-tap bosses and required to play the boss for longer than 1 ms.
Suggestion 2: Bossing is one of the best endgame activities in ARPGs…Give us an opportunity to juice bosses pls.
F.e. via a “Sacrafice Shrine”, where we can buff bosses up to 6 times and always get random boss affixes every stage but they’re also becoming more and more challanging from stage to stage (Stage 6 being as hard as Pit150 ins S8…“almost” impossible?).
Hope to see some kind of challanging boss endgame in future…thank you.

They did mention the bosses will have new mechanics, so we’ll just have to wait and see.

How did you manage to hear about the new bosses but not about them buffing all the bosses too?

Because now you have to farm keys to farm bosses. To hope RNG spawns another boss so you can farm that boss for keys to farm another boss that might actually drop an 800 unique but more than likely not and almost certainly not the one you wanted.

This is what i said when VoH was announced and the devs were rhapsodizing about the new enemy mechanics. Why bother making mechanics in a game where your build sucks if enemies live long to do anything?

Do you know what kind of “new mechanic”, did they mention it somewhere…will they get multiple phases or things like “normalized stats” when entering the boss room, so we can’t 1-tap them anymore?
Because as said in the thread new boss mechanics doesen’t rly matter when you 1-hit all bosses anyway with just 1 mouse click. 
New bosses = new content. New content is good at worst.

You also forget that many damage sources (like Ultimates) are getting big nerfs and caps in S8.

Simple, reduce the player power to reasonable numbers and stop scaling at a point where it’s appropriate for monsters to start evolving

So here’s the problem. If they drop only one pool unique and all else is equal - GAs rate is as far as I know? Why would I even farm them on T3+ when I probably still can one shot them on T1?
I’m all for an interesting fight - and I’d likely do them all (any that are new or have new tactics) at least once on a good difficulty to experience them, but farming is about efficiency.
Should be high risk high reward principle, so it’s also worth to farm better gear to equip the own char to the point where you can “farm” higher stages.
I mean ARPGs are all about farming better gear to beat content xy.
Sadly in D4 you 1-hit most of the content even with potato gear after 2-3 deas in a new season and the only goal of farming better gear is to half hit all content. ^^
I don’t know about you but for me this sounds super boring…give us a purpose to farm better gear for 100ts of hours outside of Pit 120+ pls, challanging uber boss fights as suggested would be an idea. 
At the end of the day, if I have to farm a boss 100 times, I want it over as quickly as possible because running through 2-3 minutes of the same mechs over and over again is just as boring, and worse because it’s more time consuming.
That’s the problem, that the rewards are crap, not that the fight is. That’s the only reason you have to fight the same boss over and over.
That and hopefully people won’t try to have Meta builds that are capable of such things. (which I’m sure they’ll be meta builds regardless).
They don’t want to put resilience on bosses because they feel it will invalidate players’ time or some BS like that 
Like, what’s the point of making the effort in making a bosses season if they’re not willing to make them matter? 1-tapping bosses shouldn’t be in the game, period. But I digress, it is what it is.

We had always farmed keys to farm bosses. Nothing new…
They need to find the balance between getting randomly 1 shot out of nowhere and the boss not doing any damage to you at all.
For Blizzard, finding this balance is a task of biblical proportions.
