I’m at T1 incursions lately and Belial comes and says “your efforts are for naught, mortals,” and yet I’m the only one there…
…well, maybe 1 other player occasionally. This is miles apart from prior seasons and something is very wrong.
On another note, for all the talk of Blizz using AI to create the voices, would they really have had Belial saying the same 3 things over and over if they’re not paying an actor to say the lines?
When he says that, you are meant to be killing everything in the area, and interacting with Belials eyes which pop up on the map, not standing by and waiting for Belial to spawn. Likely other players are doing just that while you stand there and waiting for them to spawn your bosses

Bro it’s the 2nd day of the release. It’s also a weekday. Right now it’s only the hardcore players and no-lifes playing that content
The season just started, and the levelling is slower this time compared to Season 7.
Ran into plenty of players doing incursions on normal difficulty who were levelling along with me.
Also, make sure you’ve got cross-platform turned on.
I got invited to group as soon as I entered helltides and helped someone kill a Harbinger.
Then I had to tell him I need to solo to T4.
But there are plenty of people around.
