To the players (or trolls) who say the exploited Shakos are no big deal. No one cares supposedly as you say but many clearly do if you read this thread and you cared enough to make a post. You are complaining about complaining which is the most pointless form of complaining. Don’t you have anything better to do than defend exploiters and exploited items that most of us want removed?
Blizzard made their decision but they could easily change their mind when they see players quitting in large numbers. This is because maintaining fairness was ignored by this decision. I’m happy to not log on until a common sense decision is made. If we are ignored I am fine not coming back. I have other games I derive more enjoyment out of currently.
Diablo 4 is just not that good currently and decisions to ignore exploited items make it much easier to quit. Bad decisions like this indicate they are not interested in improving the game.
I’m sure you not logging on and those that are complaining right now is the equivalent of a drop of water in a pond to Blizzard, but you do you.
Not like you already gave Blizzard money.

Definitely! No one cares at all, nope you definitely got me there Gordo. The medication these trolls must be on is frightening. How anyone can be so ignorant to the clear as daylight numerous posts about people being upset is scary. Maybe they didn’t take their medication today? 
However, as I mentioned above I truly hope they realize the error of their decision and just remove the item from those players. It is after all, just a game right? I’m half-surprised and disappointed I have not seen a single video of one of these item owners standing up for what is right and just and deleting the item. The vast majority have to, at a very minimum by now, that it was not obtained in a manner that was meant to be (source for the trolls: they no longer drop at the same rate for everyone else → original drop rate was incorrect) Almost as if not one single person has an ounce of integrity in them anymore. What a very sad world.

Yea, I bought the game, but honestly it’s not a lot of money to me and it’s easy to walk if I’m bored or disgusted by bad decisions. Why play something I don’t enjoy or where there is bad decision after bad decision? Regardless of money and time invested, the smart person walks away rather than suffer more frustration.
What about losing potential future money on cosmetic purchases? If many people jump ship early then any cosmetics they release will lack in sales. I personally spent more than the base game in cosmetics on games that I liked, including Blizzard games such as Overwatch and HOTS.
Diablo 4 though, bad decisions, unfun gameplay and cosmetics that don’t look much better than the cosmetics you get naturally from playing. It’s moreso we won’t be around when they do release. I’d support the game further if they 180 and improve it though. It’s not like I can’t reinstall it but I felt great uninstalling last night due to the state it is in.
OMG…grow up!! First off, if I was to get a drop while playing and Blizzard tried to take it away from me…they can go pound sand. It isn’t my fault they have sooo many damn bugs. I consider it fair play considering all the amount of time I have wasted in this game.

Players heard Helltides chests were droping Ubers, then they rushed there, started killing monsters and opened chests just like the intended gameplay.
Ah yes, it was hotfixed and ALL drops were disabled game-wide because it was intended behavior. Makes sense…

HOTA barbs with shakos or grandfather swords ( increases critical strike damage by 100%) one shotting all others. I’d say +4 to all skills, damage reduction, +high life, cooldown reduction and resource regeneration does affect a build. No other Helm or weapon offer this much advantage in game.
But Activion would rather keep 142 players happy with that decision than the rest of us…fair right?

I will still play but this response make me to never buy BP. Its their right and choice to let bugged item in game, its your choice if you will support this.

Papigordo (fat guy) if you cant understand the issue then you must not have read the thousands of players giving reasons.
While it may not affect your happiness or mine for that matter, it creates a sense of unfairness in the decisions that activision makes when it comes to bugs and exploits. How does activision handle cheats, exploits and bugs? That is the concern and issue here, not how it affects us individually.
It’s so sad you sit here in your high chair thinking you are so much better than all the people pissed off for a legitimate reason. That’s like seeing the banker steal $1000 dollars everytime they hand off the money for the other players. OH ITS JUST A GAME WHO CARES.
If blizzard wants to have a game that caters it’s highest and most sought after rewards to exploiters, that’s their call and prerogative. They same people that love P2W probably love that too. They can have each other. I’m sure it will work out great for you guys.
