Why does this NEVER work with any other application of STEALTH other than Blood Howl and Shred???
Sounds like they forgot to clarify in the tooltip that it only counts for Stealth granted by Shred Kills. I hope they change it, like they did with the cursed aura though.

Ok so where did you get that information from as you are citing your own post?
Did Blizzard devs state this somewhere??
It works for Stealth from Blood Howl also. Part of the weapon affixes.
It does not work with Shroud.
And with the Boss power it seems to work for some things but not others.
I see lots of yellow with it, I get stealth every time Varshan’s power (Main) connects, so like 1 second possibly 2 because I need to be out of stealth to get it again.
My Crit chance is 21% and not high enough to see that much yellow.
My damage is applied in many ways. Tornados, Cataclysm, Poison damage through Strom skills and then Earth skills procc’d by Nature’s Fury and the random lightning bolt from passives.
So while I see a lot of yellow, I also see more Teal than I normally do when I have my Crit chance at 71% using the other boss power, which is currently unslotted to see if this works, so clearly OP is not included in the Guarantee.
But I am seeing a lot of white also…so it seems like one or more of those damage applications is not guaranteed…would be nice to know which ones…If it is the poison…that makes sense because DOT, but I don’t see it ticking like DOT damage generally does…I just wish they were clearer about it.
I want to say I think it works for tornado damage…unless I am just getting lucky on 21%, but at times it does not seem to work on the Lightning Storm attack.

Ok testing again…turned poison boon off, and the legendary paragon node Sinister Tendrils. That should be all of it. :P, Let’s see what happens.
Ok Definitley not working for Lightning Storm. That looks like it is hitting at 21%.
Tornado is inconsistent…seems like it works for a bit then stops…then works again.
And OP is the same.
So was not just the poison.
Would’ve been nice if it worked for all stealth.

My information is from using the abilities and the weapon. It’s not that hard. Shred and Blood Howl give you Waxing Gibbous Stealth, and when broken gives you Waxing Gibbous Ambush, which is the crit buff. It really is that easy.
