Vulnerability needs to be more accessible in some classes

I am gonna start off by pointing out how strong of a class Rogue is and how the general consensus seems to be that most everything in a rogues kit is viable in the game.
The thing I noticed about rogues over the other 4 classes in this game is also that it has the most access to Vulnerability application of any class in the game.

I counted in the skill tree 8 skills have the ability to apply Vulnerability. Three basics, two cores, one defensive, and two imbuements. Almost all of these are spread over different skill types too, meaning that regardless of going melee, range, or what imbuement you take, you are guaranteed to have the ability to apply vulnerable status in some way.

When looking at other classes no other class has it this spread out.
Druid, Storm skills and Crows.
Sorc, all frost skills
Necromancer, five vulnerability skills. Three of them are bone skills, one is Sever, and the other is Corps tendrils,
Barbarian, Has 3 skills that can apply Vulnerability, two passives that give a chance of apply it. ( one of which is Lucky Hit based )

This is a very big problem for the game here as the limited access to vulnerability not only limits build options by forcing players to shoe horn in skills, that they otherwise wouldn’t be using, but also it makes certain items and aspects like Aspect of Damnation for example which boosts shadow damage on enemies afflicted with two curses, harder to fit in rendering them more than likely ignored or unused.
I also feel that the access of vulnerability is a contributing factor why to certain meta’s are so dominant right now.

I think there are three options to address this.
1.) Vulnerability gets removed from the skill tree and becomes something that is either procced with a fair proc rate and duration of application, or is built up to with a gauge. ( Not my personal favorite. )
2.) Vulnerability gets added into more places on the skill tree be it skills or passives, to ensure as much coverage as possible
3.) Add vulnerability to existing aspects or change some of them to apply it. ( Aspect of Damnation again is a good example, maybe instead of the Shadow Damage bonuses enemies afflicted by both curses are vulnerable instead)

People may not agree with the suggestions I put forth or even have better ideas to offer and I would love to know what other people think. In the end, I just want to see a greater range of skills used by each class and a greater variety of builds available, because for me the fun of these games is coming up with builds, making them work and then doing it again, so I want to see as much out there as I can. Doesn’t need to be as much as Path of Exile, but would be nice to see more than just Bone Necros and storm wolves at the world bosses and helltides.

Honestly I would rather vulnerability just not be in the game at all, but with the game in full release I feel like it is too late to be removed and have the whole game rebalanced for it’s removal, so making it more readily available is just the more viable option here in my opinion.

For the most pary , things like vulnerability need to go away

I agree that Vulnerability shouldn’t exist at all, however it’s in the game so asking Blizz to remove it and rebalance the whole game is far less realistic, than asking that its more readily available to as many builds as possible.

Exploit gylph needs to be aviable to every class too imo. But i agree with the op. Not all of us want to go ice sorc, storm druid, or bone necro.
