Since the latest patch, I’ve been unable to summon the blood maiden in a helltide.
The whisper mark is on the map. Once I get there, the three pedestals to summon her are absent, and there isn’t an active blood maiden. Even if there was an active blood maiden, the pedestals are still present with the hearts.
Yep. I have noticed that also. The current HT in Scosglen has whisper Slay the Blood Maiden but no pedestals to activate. The lower half of the HT actually has Blood Maiden you can activate but it is not a whisper. You have to go into the area to see the location on the map.

The Maiden is now spawned at a random location in the Helltide. I didn’t see a single note about this in the patch notes, but so far I’ve found it all over the place. Once I found it at the very edge of the helltide.
Yes it is pretty consistent. The helltide with the whispers does not have a Blood Maiden but the area without whispers does have it!
BTW its in T3. Don’t know if that matters.

I’ve seen the pedestals in different spots, helltides without any, and helltides with two sets of pedestals.

I found that once I actually selected the event, so it appears on the right side of the screen, then the blood maiden symbol appears on the map and I can go there and find the pedestals.
Ive noticed this myself, simple work around. Fully log off and back on, helltide should be fine after that.
It appears to be back to normal after the latest patch.
I’ve run several helltides; the maiden was where she was expected to be.
