Unable to launch Game

**was able to launch after reinstall on a SSD not NVME drive.
Attempted to reboot/repair game/turn off AV. No Chroma products just Stuck on Blizzard logo.

3080ti
32gb ram

Found below online but that didn’t work either.
I’ve found out a quick fix - Go to your Documents directory - Diblo IV - find the following file LocalPrefs and modify the line DisableChromaEffects “0” to say DisableChromaEffects “1” save the file and try and start up the game again

Same… This is the same issue from Server slam and it does not appear to be fixed.

Same same, PS5 version Cod 315306 Unable to find Valid license

Same issue, game locks up at Blizzard splash screen. Radeon RX 6900 XT here, tried multiple driver versions.

This might be totally not true, but it worked for me after I put both the Diablo Launcher and the Diablo Exe (both in the actual game folder) on “launch as administrator”. Then just launched on Blizzard Launcher.

Same, I originally couldn’t get past the Blizzard Entertainment logo.

I found a trick online to quickly click as soon as you launch the game to skip the logo and it allowed me to get into the login queue, but then once the login queue finished the game froze again before actually logging in. So, not sure that trick helps the underlying problem.

PC w/ 3080 graphics card.

Same issue, trying to reinstall now to see if it helps

Not sure what happens or why but least doing this allowed me to get the queue. Server slam did the same thing so i hoped they fixed it by now

This worked for me as well thanks!

I am unable to make it past BLIZZARD logo. when i click play i get a gray screen for a second then the logo then the game crashes.

already attempted, scan and repair. ire installed latest gpu drivers, re ran windows updates. ran as admin, ran in window mode. check for latest game updates, restarted the computer multiple times. I now have uninstalled the game and re installing it.

Exact same problem here! I’ve played normally on CBT and I’m using a RTX 4080. The Documents trick didn’t help.

Same thing here. Tried the Documents thing, nothing seems to be working

I am having the exact same problem tried everything listed above and it is not working. Trying to uninstall and reinstall

+2 I had similar issues during server slam. My partner can’t get in now either, though he was fine in server slam.

Clicking on logo screen a couple times got me in. took a few to log in, but intro cinematic is playing now.

  1. Change the battle.net application’s region. To do this, click your BattleTag in the top right, choose “Log Out” then use the settings cogwheel above your username blank to change to a different region and log back in. This refreshes the application’s cache and should fix the problem.

That worked for me try it too.
